The calculators on Boraak use a fixed, illustrative interest rate rather than a live market feed, because Boraak isn't a mortgage lender and doesn't have a rate feed to quote from. Treat every number here as a rough planning estimate, not a real quote — a licensed lender can give you an actual rate based on your credit, location, and the loan program you choose.
